DOSITS Online Educator Professional Development Certificate Program

To highlight and engage educators with its resources, DOSITS is launching a new (and free), online Educator Professional Development (PD) Certificate program. The pilot program will begin by accepting cohorts (up to 20) formal (grades 5-16) and informal science educators at a time.

To attain the PD certificate, educators are required to complete a series of online assignments and participate in three virtual check-in meetings to discuss the content and have DOSITS team members answer questions. The assignments involve reviewing content on the DOSITS site, reflecting on the content, and providing thoughts and feedback.
